Team competition follows the rules of the USA Gymnastics Jr.
Olympic Program. Levels were designed for the continued improvement of skill.
Gymnastics Plus runs its’ competitive program in conjunction with the
Gymnastics Plus Team
Boosters, an association of parents whose main goal is
the support and enhancement of youth gymnastics.
GIRLS
Pre Team levels 2-3 |
Team levels 4-9
Girls Pre Team– Level 2 and Level 3
Beginning preparation for competition.
Emphasis is on skill development in all women’s gymnastics events.
1 day/week 90 minute classes PLUS a Level 2 or Level 3 class
Girls-Level 4
Required routines in all women’s gymnastics events. Specific gymnastic
skill requirements are needed to progress to this level. They include but are
not limited to, round-off back handsprings and front hip circles.
2 days/week
2-4 hr. classes
Girls-Level 5
Required routines in all women’s gymnastics events. Specific gymnastic
skill requirements are needed to progress to this level. They include but are
not
limited to, front handsprings, cartwheel and handstands on the beam and bar
kips.
2-3 days/week
2-4 hr. classes
Girls-Level 6
Required routines in all women’s gymnastics events. Specific gymnastic
skill requirements are needed to progress to this level. They include but are
not
limited to, round-off back handspring back tuck, back walkovers on the beam,
clear hip circle to horizontal flyaways on bars.
2-4 days/week
2-4
hr. classes
Girls-Level 7 and Up
Optional routines for competition in all women’s gymnastics events.
Specific gymnastic skill requirements are need to progress to these advanced
levels. Skills include but are not limited to back layouts, layouts with
twists, giants, release moves, tsuk vaults plus much more.

Participation in our
competitive teams is
a year-round
commitment. In order
to provide
continuity to our
program, we require
that tuition be paid
year round.

fees are due the first class of the month. Additional fees and costs
occur throughout the year. Typically, most costs occur during the meet
season of October through March. **All additional fees and costs are approximate and subject to change. |
